RE: MATC FY 06-07 BUDGET DOCUMENT NOW AVAILABLE

The MATC District Board approved the MATC FY06-07 budget document at their
June 14, 2006 Board meeting. For your reference, the document is now available
on MATC's Department of Financial Resources website: http://matcmadison.edu/financialresources/budgetnotice.htm.
The budget
document was prepared before the completion of the MATC
reorganization process. For this reason, partial budgets were posted for new
or reorganized units. So budgets as listed in the document may
not mirror what is currently in PeopleSoft. However, the grand total institutional
budget as listed in the document will remain the same. During July
and August, further analytical work will be completed and determinations will
be made as to the needs of each area and reallocations made where appropriate.
Current plans are for all budget postings and reallocations to be completed
in the fall.
