RE: 2006-07 BUDGET NOW AVAILABLE

The General Fund 100 budget for Fiscal Year 2006-07 has been entered and is available in PeopleSoft Finance. You can now enter, budget check, = and approve PO's for FY 06-07. Remember to use updated 06-07 chartfield information which can be found on the Department of Financial Resources website.
Please note that for some areas, partial budgets were posted into the controllable salary and controllable supply appropriations for new or reorganized units. During July and August, determinations will be made as to the needs of each area and reallocations made where appropriate. Current plans are for all budget postings and reallocations to be completed by September 1.
