Vital Focus Analysis Team

The Vital Focus Analysis Team consists of five representatives from MATC's three unions and three administrative staff. The team will distill the Idea Analysis forms (proposals from each table during the March 13 Conversation Day) into common themes. The team will recommend 9 to 10 improvement projects to College Council in May. College Council will select five projects from the Analysis Team's recommendations. These five improvement projects will be chartered with a team, a team leader, champion, and CQI mentor (process facilitator). Minutes from the Analysis Team are posted below.
