Integrated Reporting System (IRS) Project
In February 2006, MATC's AQIP Steering Team attended its second strategy forum hosted by the Higher Learning Commission. Through several different continuous improvement exercises, the group realized the need for a system of measures and reporting that would address disconnect between the current processes and systems at MATC and the people they serve.
The Integrated Reporting System (IRS) Project will provide a web-based, interactive data warehouse which will allow all employees to make data-driven decisions. In order to accomplish this goal, the designers need to know what the needs are of the decision-makers in the College.
