This project is a direct result of the Vital Focus process conducted in March 2007. Vital Focus can serve as a tool for engaging the entire campus community by having everyone collaborate in creating Action Project ideas that can initiate the institution's quality program. Action Projects support the MATC Board ends, aligns with the college’s strategic goals and current AQIP work teams, aligns with the Systems Integration Council work and are cross functional.

The team began its work in October 2007. The goal of the project is that employee understanding and perception of college communication will improve.  Potential benefits of the project will be to improve trust and morale.
