Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP)

Application Cycle Time

This project is a direct result of the CQI Mentor Corp action project implemented in January 2006.  College Council selected five different improvement projects that support the MATC Board ends, aligns with the college’s strategic goals and current AQIP work teams, aligns with the Systems Integration Council work and are cross functional.

The team began its work in March 2007. The goal of the project is to to ensure that at every step of the process, applicants to restricted programs will know the status of their application and will be satisfied that the application process is timely, user-friendly, transparent, and consistent.
