The Downtown Education Center is at 211 N. Carroll Street.
From I-90/94, you have your choice of three exits:
- Take Exit 132 (Hwy. 51/Stoughton Rd.) south. Turn right on E. Washington
Avenue (Hwy. 151). As you approach the Capitol, turn right on Webster,
left on Dayton, and right on Carroll.
- At Exit 135A (Hwy. 151/E. Washington Ave.), follow the sign marked
151 South/Madison. As you approach the Capitol, turn right on Webster,
left on Dayton, and right on Carroll.
- At Exit 138 (Hwy. 30), take Hwy. 30. Follow the signs to the State
Capitol to exit on Hwy. 151 (E. Washington Ave.). Approaching the Capitol,
turn right on Webster, left on Dayton, and right on Carroll.
From Hwy 12/18: Exit at Hwy. 51 and go north. Turn left at Hwy. 151
(E. Washington Ave.). As you approach the Capitol, turn right on Webster,
left on Dayton, and right on Carroll.
Parking Information
There is a public parking ramp, State Street/Capitol Ramp, on Carroll
St. opposite the Downtown Education Center. Other ramps and on-the-street
metered parking spaces are available nearby. View additional information for transportation and parking.
