About the Alumni Association

After graduation, MATC students can look forward to continuing contact
with MATC through the MATC Alumni Association. The Alumni Association
consists of over 55,000 graduates, 97% of whom live throughout
the 12-county district. Service to the college and to the associations
members is the heart of the MATC Alumni Associations mission. They are a significant resource for the college and provide a valuable social and professional network for each other. Alumni
are an excellent networking resource for students seeking jobs. Alumni
make financial contributions through the MATC Foundation in support of
scholarships and other college activities.
The association also conducts
the annual Distinguished Alumni Award program, honoring alumni achievement;
sale of MATC logo merchandise; and various opportunities for community
service. Profiles is a newsletter for alumni which keeps graduates in
touch with MATC. The MATC Alumni Association is governed by a board of
volunteers. The MATC Resource Development department is the on-campus
home to the Alumni Association and the MATC Foundation and grants office.
If you are a graduate or have taken a class, workshop, or other offering at MATC, consider joining the Alumni Association, where you can get to know other individuals who believe in the quality of an MATC education. If you are interested in providing financial support to MATC, please visit the MATC Foundation.
