Board Goals for 2007-08
- Represent and promote the college through participation in public activities at the college and in the district.
- Continue "Board to Board" K-12 visits to build alliances.
- Actively participate in setting the direction for and implementing master facility planning.
- Partner with the MATC Foundation in assessing and planning a major gift campaign.
- Advance board knowledge of the college through focused activities and monitoring feedback from various constituents including but not limited to students, faculty and legislators.
- Review board policies to ensure synchronization with Policy Governance and the college End statements.
