Error Opening Existing Shortcut/Favorite to GroupWise WebAccess
If an existing shortcut or Favorite to GroupWise WebAccess is not working, follow these steps:
- Delete the existing shortcut or Favorite.
- If it’s a shortcut, right click on the shortcut and select delete, and yes to confirm deletion.
- If it’s a Favorite, click on the Favorites > Organize Favorites
- Highlight the link in the right hand window pane and click on Delete, click Yes to confirm deletion.

- To create a new Favorite for GroupWise WebAccess: Click on Favorites> Add to Favorites.
- The following window will appear, click OK. Or you can change the name from Novell WebAccess to MATC WebAccess if you’d prefer and then click OK.
- You can now continue to login to GroupWise WebAccess.
