Error Opening Existing Shortcut/Favorite to GroupWise WebAccess

1. Delete the existing shortcut or Favorite.
1. If it’s a shortcut, right click on the shortcut and select delete, and yes to confirm deletion.
2. If it’s a Favorite, click on the Favorites > Organize Favorites
   

   

   
   
2. Highlight the link in the right hand window pane and click on Delete, click Yes to confirm deletion.
   

   

   
   
3. To create a new Favorite for GroupWise WebAccess: Click on Favorites> Add to Favorites.
   

   

   
   
4. The following window will appear, click OK. Or you can change the name from Novell WebAccess to MATC WebAccess if you’d prefer and then click OK.
   
   
5. You can now continue to login to GroupWise WebAccess.
