NOTE:  The Madison College Catering Department is switching to summer hours beginning May 21,2012 and ending August 24,2012. We will be able to cater events Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 2:00 pm at all campuses. All afternoon and evening catering must be obtained from an outside vendor, unless your event is 75 guests or larger. In that case, please contact Tammy Manthe at 243-4050 or Jason Walker at 243-4653. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patronage.

Reminder: Using your OneCard can save you money on all your food purchases. Students can save 10% and staff 5%. You can easily add cash to your card with any cashier at the MarketPlace. A $10.00 minimum is required each time you add money to your card.

Soups & Salads - Freshly made soups, chowders, and chili at our new self-serve station with toppings for your soup. 

New Improved Salad Bar - Come see our new selection of fresh items and composed salads. The Salad Bar is now available in two sizes -- small for $2.99 and large for $4.99. Create your own salad at lunch and dinner with our fruit and salad bar that includes fresh mixed greens, freshly cut vegetables, favorite dressings, and dry toppings including nuts and dried fruit.

Specials - Gourmet food prepared by our culinary students. A recent highlight featured a Grilled Steak plate with risotto, hummus, lentils cooked in tomatoes, and a black-eyed bean salad.

Comfort Station - Offers a complete meal Monday - Thursday for $4.99. This will assure that you have a hot meal at a reasonable price. An example would be: roast turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, beans, a dinner roll, and beverage.  

Healthy Choices - We provide many healthy options to choose from. We are now carrying gluten-free products from Silly Yak's bakery. 

Deli Sandwich Station - Check out our sandwich specials. A special meal deal is offered with the highest quality meats and cheeses, choice of side, and a drink included. We now offer the option of either chips, a small pasta salad, or piece of fruit to create your Meal Deal.

Desserts - An array of freshly baked muffins, cookies, pies, and bars. Featuring Edy's soft serve ice cream station with all the toppings.

Beverages - Naked Juices, Fuze, Vitamin Water and Minute Maid juices, Coca- Cola soft drinks, and Steep & Brew Coffees.
