These library databases include full text articles from magazines and journals such as American Printer, British Printer, Canadian Printer, Business Documents, Graphic Arts Monthly, Ink World, In-Plant Graphics, Presstime, Printing Impressions, Printing World, Quick Print Products, and Technical Communication.  The databases also are often useful for finding information about typographers.

Career and Tech
Fulltext and indexed (with abstracts) of vocational and technical periodicals newsletters and publications covering all aspects of the Vocational and Technical curriculum. Includes many titles not found elsewhere in electronic form.

Powersearch
Search multiple Gale databases simultaneously. Very large and diverse general and subject specific databases providing full-text and indexing. Includes titles such as American Printer..

Online Newspapers
Selected Wisconsin newspapers including the Wisconsin State Journal and The Capital Times, plus The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune and other national newspapers.

Academic Universe
Provides full-text documents from over 5,900 news, business, legal, medical, and reference publications. Includes wire services, broadcast transcripts, international news, and non-English language sources.

Proquest Historical Newspapers or Current Biography

These two databases may be particularly useful for finding biographical information about typographers.
