Alta Vista
http://www.Altavista.com
This is a very large and popular search tool with many advanced searching features.
If you are looking for something very specific the tools available here offer
a lot of power to refine and zero in on a topic. Special Image Search Options
and features. The Show Me options determine which type of image AltaVista searches
for: photos (as opposed to drawings, for example), color or black & white,
and buttons and banners.
Ditto.com
http://www.ditto.com
The ditto.com is a newer visual search engine helps find pictures easily and
quickly on the web.
This service has made a policy choice to exclude pornographic images. Also provides
a search service if no results are discovered for your search. Ditto returns
a list of all the pictures and corresponding web pages in our picture index
relating to those topics. The most relevant pictures will appear at the top
of your results.
This Search engine supports most Boolean operators and Internet math operators
that AltaVista does.
