Students Studying in the Library"I am 46 years old and didn't have confidence in my abilities as a first generation student.  I received an A/B or better on every assignment the librarians helped me with. Whenever I am in the library I feel welcomed, acknowledged and looked after."
-Mary, Madison College student, April 2011

"The friendly staff and abundant resources have made my schoolwork almost painless.  More than just books, the library provides a quiet, comfortable place to study which grants us the perfect environment for thinking."
-Eitan, Madison College student, April 2011

"Through innovative application of technology they make my work more efficient and effective.  Whenever I wonder why people still visit libraries, given so much is online, I remind myself of the help that librarians offer.  That is something you cannot get from Google."
    -Najeeb, Library Essay Contest Winner
