What is Learning to Learn Camp?

Learning to Learn Camp is a variation of a College Success course.  Students attend a five day camp in August and then attend a class seminar for the first eight weeks of the fall semester to earn 3 credits.

Why attend Learning to Learn Camp?

This Camp is for students who are looking for new tools to use in setting and achieving their academic and personal goals.

When will the Learning to Learn Camp (with weekly class seminar) be held?

WEEK-LONG CAMP: Monday, August 8 through Friday, August 12, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at
Madison College - Truax Campus, 3550 Anderson St., Madison.

WEEKLY CLASS SEMINAR: Students are required to attend a class seminar for the first eight weeks of the Fall 2011 semester to earn the three credits for the course. The Class Seminar dates and times are listed below.

By registering for this course you are making the commitment to:

• Attend the five-day camp and complete assigned homework
• Take responsibility for your own learning
• Attend a class seminar during the first eight weeks of the Fall 2011 semester.

Register for this paired experience:  Learning to Learn Camp and Weekly Class Seminar

In My Madison College, choose Student Center and then Add a Class found under Academics.  Enter the 5-digit course section number of the seminar that best fits your schedule and follow the the prompts to complete registration.

Signing up for the Class Seminar automatically enrolls you in the August Learning to Learn Camp.
