• Providing research assistance to satisfy the emerging information needs.

Timeframe

Please note: We ask for two weeks notice to schedule your project into our queue. We would like to provide everyone with the best service possible. For optimal service, please include our department in your annual unit planning process if you already know you would need our assistance.

Depending on your project, it may take some time for us to assist you with gathering/compiling the information you need. For example, a simple survey where we help you develop the survey questions, deploy the survey, and summarize/analyze the report may take a minimum of 4 weeks, just due to the process alone. The more lead time you give us, the better the end product.
