Staff Giving Campaign
The 2011-2012 Madison Area Technical College Employee Annual Giving Campaign is a College-wide effort to support our students. Through our work each day we affect the lives of the tens of thousands of students. Our faculty and staff talent is essential to the lives of students, to the vitality of the College, and to the strength of our community.
Your tax deductible financial support through the Foundation enables the College to fulfill its mission of providing accessible, high quality learning experiences that serve the community. You may designate your gift for a variety of purposes as indicated on the enclosed gift form. Your important contributions will help the Madison College Foundation provide support for more scholarships, book loans, emergency grants, innovation grants, new program development and equipment, to meet the growing demands.
A dedicated and caring faculty and staff distinguish Madison College throughout its history. Annual giving is a way to demonstrate this dedication and caring even further. In addition, our gifts send an important message to the wider community and prospective donors regarding the College’s internal vitality and commitment. We lead by example.

Questions And Answers About The Employee Annual Giving Campaign
What does the Foundation provide to the College each year?
Last year, the Foundation spent more than $2,000,000 for scholarships for students, program support, equipment, innovation grants and more. Virtually every area of the College benefits from gifts to the Foundation.
Is a contribution to the Employee Annual Giving Campaign tax deductible?
Yes. A gift to the campaign will receive a charitable income tax deduction in accordance with IRS regulations. You will receive acknowledgment of your gifts by mail in January.
How will I be recognized?
Employee’s gifts are recognized in the Foundation’s Annual Report.
How to Make Your Gift
Download and complete the 2011-2012 Employee Annual Giving Campaign form (PDF 88.4 KB). Then, send it to the Foundation via inter office mail.
Most employees give through payroll deduction. A gift of cash, check or credit card can also be made using the form or by visiting the Foundation office located on the Truax Campus at:

Honor and Memorial Gifts
The Annual Giving Campaign is a great opportunity to make a gift in honor or in memory of someone special to you. Notice of your gift will be sent to the honoree or family members of your choice. You may want to consider directing your gift to one of our many funds established in honor, or in memory of Madison College employees, retirees, alumni and students.
