Reset Your Secret Question

For Faculty and Staff

You can reset your secret question by going to the Secret Question page.
You will need to supply your Network ID and Password to update your secret question.

If you have additional questions, the Help Desk can be reached by calling (608) 246-6666 (6666 on campus) or by  completing the Help Desk email form.

For Students - Faculty can direct them to do the following

Students can change their secret question but will need to know their Network ID and Password to make the change. Please direct students to the student help desk for questions.
