Reset Your Password

Faculty & Staff

If you forget your password or need to reset it, you can do that via the Password Reset page. You will initially be asked to supply your Network ID (your login).

If you have additional questions, the Help Desk can be reached by calling (608) 246-6666 (6666 on campus) or by  completing the Help Desk email form.

For Students - Faculty can direct them to do the following

Students can reset their password on myMadisonCollege. Resetting your password will also reset it for your student email, blackboard, and home directory accounts as well as your login account on campus. View additional information for students resetting their password.
