Payroll Information

    The Payroll area processes payroll checks in compliance with the law, union contracts, benefit enrollments, and employees' time entry.

    Payrolls are processed semi-monthly for contractual instructors, counselors and administrators. Payrolls are processed bi-weekly for all other employees.

    Time or absence reporting is required of all employees:

    • Full-time PSRP time reporting is due to Payroll by Tuesday noon for the previous week
    • Part-time employee due dates are set by your department office
    • Contractual instructors and counselor absence reports are also determined by your department

    Compensation is determined by Administrative policy or Union contracts.

    Payroll payments are made via direct deposit to your bank account(s). Expense reimbursements can be direct deposited as well. (Complete Payroll & Expense Electronic Deposit form under Forms for Payroll)
