OneCards
Faculty and Staff will need a OneCard to gain access to classrooms or staff areas. Access is authorized by the staff’s Supervisor or Division office.
OneCards can also be used at the college for 5% discount on food at the following places:
- The Market Place
- Market Express
- WolfPack Den
- Carroll St. Cafe
A minimum deposit of $10.00 is required to activate your account.
Additionally, the OneCard can be used as a debit card at the following places:
- Bookstore at Truax and West Campuses*
- Salon at Downtown Madison Campus*
*No discounts available at bookstores or salon.
OneCards are issued by Student Life in their office (room T140 & D125) at the Truax Campus & Downtown Campuses. The Regional Campuses are coordinated by their front office staff. Please note: The Commercial Avenue campus, currently, doesn't issue OneCards.
Once you have received your OneCard, your account may be opened (activated) or money added to at theses locations:
- Cashiers at the Carroll Street Cafeteria (Downtown Campus - cash and credit card deposits only)
- Any Truax food service cashier
You will want to take note:
- OneCard Accounts are non-transferable.
- Money in your OneCard account at the end of the semester is nonrefundable. The money will rollover from semester to semester.
- Your OneCard must be presented at the time of purchase and is the only means of accessing your account.
- If your OneCard is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the OneCard office at Truax campus or by calling (608) 243-4843. You are liable for any loss incurred prior to proper notification.
