Office & Lab Supplies
Office and classroom lab supplies can be ordered from District Stores or the office supply stores listed below. You do not need to go through Purchasing for these orders.
District Stores should be used for ordering:
- Copy paper
- Letterhead paper
- Envelopes
- Mailing labels
- Name badges (stick on)
- Forms

Office supplies can be ordered, online. Be sure to use these business websites, in order to receive the discounted contract prices:

Capital equipment, items over $499.99, cannot be ordered through these office supply websites. Please contact purchasing[at] matcmadison [dot] edu (Purchasing) via email (preferred) or 608-258-2316.
All packing slips and invoices should be signed and sent to Accounts Payable, TEC 1 Building, for payment. Please do not hold packing slips or invoices as this affects our ability to receive discounts on prompt payments. (Be sure to note the proper chartfield; non-instructional supplies can be coded to 5231.)
Special order items include:
- Name badges for staff - complete Fox order form (DOC, 153 KB) and you should fax to number on the form
- Name plates and furniture - through Space Planner, Professional Services
- Business cards - use the Business Card Order Form
- Copy machines, fax machines, hardware and software - through Technology Services, Hardware/Software Services (except webcams, digital cameras, and mice) Note: Technology Services will not support any computer-related purchases if the items were not purchased through them.
