    The Grants and Contracts Accounting area is responsible for:

    • All aspects of federal and state grant accounting and reporting
    • Audit of projects and grant expenditures to ensure compliance with federal, state and district guidelines
    • Work with various funding sources and project personnel on preparation and documentation of project budgets and expenses
    • Create and maintain project and grant numbers in the general ledger
    • Prepare Single Audit for Annual Audit
    • Maintenance, reconciliation and reporting of 38.14 contracts
    • Maintain 118.15 Compulsory Law contracts
