Grants & Contracts Accounting
The Grants and Contracts Accounting area is responsible for:
- All aspects of federal and state grant accounting and reporting
- Audit of projects and grant expenditures to ensure compliance with federal, state and district guidelines
- Work with various funding sources and project personnel on preparation and documentation of project budgets and expenses
- Create and maintain project and grant numbers in the general ledger
- Prepare Single Audit for Annual Audit
- Maintenance, reconciliation and reporting of 38.14 contracts
