Fundamentals of Leadership Academy resource website created by Class of 2010.

Through activities, tasks, film analysis and seminar-style conversations on selections from classical readings in the humanities, we developed an understanding of the art of leadership.

Academy Outcomes

• Understanding of leadership and group dynamics theory
• Development of a personal philosophy of leadership and awareness of one’s own ability and style of leadership
• Development of essential skills through study, observation & application of these skills and leadership behavior.
• Development of a community of leaders in the college
