    A goal of the Institutional Research & Effectiveness Department is to provide staff with information to make business decisions.

     

    With that in mind, our department is striving to bring a systematic solution that would provide users with a self-serve model of retrieving data when they need it. Self-service may be accessed via Madison College's Cognos Reporting System.
