Madison Area Technical College’s richest resources are our faculty and staff. All of us share the goal of providing excellent educational opportunities for our students and quality service and support to each other. Some contributions are remarkable and have made our college stronger and a better place to work. We all know individuals who inspire us: those who are enthusiastic in what they do and waste neither the time nor the opportunity to accomplish astonishing things. We all work with teams who make incredible things occur or work to solve problems and make Madison College a richer place for our learners. Outstanding Employee/Team Awards
Awarded to college employees and teams that consistently surpass the college goals of
- meeting the access, learning and workforce needs of our students and community
- retaining students to completion
- improving facilities, systems and processes while meeting fiscal challenges
Intercultural Council Award for Inclusive Excellence in Ethnic Diversity
This award recognizes one employee and one student who demonstrate ongoing engagement with ethnic minority diversity.
Years of Service Award
These awards recognize employees who have completed 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of continuous service to the college. Recipients are notified in December that they will receive recognition and are announced at the January Convocation.
