    Outlook Web Access (OWA)

    The migration from Groupwise email to OWA e-mail is complete.  All email user's will now use Outlook or Outlook Web Access.

    Email migration FAQs:

    Why can’t I login to Outlook using my email password?

    To login to Outlook you will need to use your network username and password (same as blackboard, InsideMATC, or logging into MATC computers).  Passwords expire every 45 days. If you are unable to login, you may need to reset your password.

     

    I don’t see any emails older than six months, where did they go?

    Emails which are older than six months are stored in an archive. Access your archive.
    Note: Make sure “Domain” is set to MATCMADISON. You may have to click the drop down arrow to change this setting.

     

    When I log into Outlook Web Access it prompts me to choose Public or Private computer, what is the difference?

    The main difference between these options is the timeout feature.  On a public computer the timeout is set to five minutes, while when set to private the timeout is two hours.
