District Credit Cards

Madison College credit cards (or Purchasing Cards, aka P-Cards) are available to make purchasing easier for employees.

Any full-time or part-time district employee, with Supervisor's approval, can obtain a Madison College credit card. To request a credit card, complete and return the Madison College Credit Card Request and Agreement. (DOC, 64 KB) Training information will be provided.
