The Madison Area Technical College Technology Services Help Desk provides support for all technology related services. It is a first point of contact when technology questions or issues arise. Help Desk staff members strive to resolve questions and problems in a professional and timely fashion.
If you are unable to resolve your problem by viewing our Frequently Used Services, here are options for obtaining additional support:
- Send us the online Faculty/Staff Help Desk Email Form.
- Visit us. We are open for walk-in support from 7am to 6 pm Monday through Friday in room 226A of the Truax Campus (no walk-ins on Saturday.)
- Call us at (608) 246-6666. Phones are answered 7am to 10 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 7 am to 3 pm .
