    Technology Services is the center for Madison Area Technical College's technology needs. The Help Desk is the first point of contact for both requests or problems, and they will provide you with assistance for all technology related services and support.

    The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) has partnered with Technology Services to provide technology training for the college.

    Faculty and staff can reach the Help Desk by calling (608) 246-6666 (6666 on campus) or by completing their email form.


    Help Desk Location:  Truax Campus, Room 226A
    Hours of Operation:  7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
    Walk-in hours at Truax:  7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
    Note:  The Help Desk will be closed on official district Holidays or when the building is closed.
    Summer Hours:  7:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday (Walk-in hours will be reduced by one hour on Fridays during the summer due to our 5 p.m. closure)

    Individual Workstation Support:  Problems, questions or requests for individual workstations should be reported by calling 246-6666 (on campus, dial 6666) or by using our email form.

    Faculty should reference the FERPA page for any questions regarding FERPA.
