    The primary objectives of the study are to:

    • determine whether new journey workers remain employed in their trade;
    • examine program completers' reactions to training received at Madison College and on-the-job;
    • obtain information on salaries, location of employment and at what point employment is secured; and
    • comply with WTCS state office mandates.

    We have compiled the results from the last four years of the Apprentice Follow-Up Surveys into one document to provide better trend analysis.
