Accounting
The Accounting area is responsible for the integrity of the financial records of the District which consist of:
- Cash flow: receipts, disbursements, investments
- Accuracy of expenditures
- Annual financial audit
- State Board reporting of staff accounting, cost allocations and UFFAS
- Sales taxes and 1099 reporting
- Maintenance of Peoplesoft financial chartfields/accounts
- Inventory and depreciation of fixed assets
- Preparation of annual Comprehensive Financial Report
- Preparation and collection of tax levy
- Process student tuition and fee payments
