    Oslo, NorwayIt's the worst attack in Norway since World War II.

    Madison College journalism instructor Larry Hansen, who is visiting family in Norway, was just 20 miles away when a bomb blast shook the capital city of Oslo.

    Hansen talked to WKOW-TV about the attack and how Norway is trying to cope with the tragedy.
