JOIN THE WISCONSIN GOVERNOR'S CHALLENGE,
working with the National President's Fitness Challenge!
MATC has started a group to take the Wisconsin Governor's Challenge together and you and your family are invited to be part of it!
WHAT IS IT?
The Wisconsin Governor's Challenge is designed to help improve anyone's activity level. Joining the MATC group is a great way to make staying active easy. You can join anytime, however this specific challenge runs between March 20 and May 15. This site gives you an interactive tool to help you track your progress and stay motivated along the way. Don't worry if you join after March 20, the tracking tool let's you go back and enter up to 2 weeks of previous activity. WHY JOIN?
Staying active with others can be a lot of fun. The interactive tracking tool gives you the opportunity to compare with others in your group or by age, city, state, or the entire country. They'll help keep you motivated and moving towards your goal. There are even programs for people at different activity levels: the Active Lifestyle program aimed at beginners, and the Presidential Champions program for those who are already active.
Signing up for the MATC group is simple. You and family members are encouraged to join at any time. It's quick and there's no cost to participate! All you have to do is register.
HOW TO JOIN:
1. Remember the MATC Group ID Number is 69029. Your Group Member ID can be your OneCard number or a phone number.
2. Fill out the registration form by going to http://www.presidentschallenge.org/login/register_individual.aspx?portal=WI
3. After registering, start logging your activities.
As you log activities you'll be able to track your progress toward a President's Challenge Award or Medal.
