Aqua Fitness: 50-minute water workout incorporating aerobic & strength moves performed in shallow and optional deep areas
Level 1 Yoga: A yoga practice to get you started in knowing the foundations of yoga: how to do poses and sequences. Also, a practice to begin to understand teacher instructions and methods. This level will lead you from a practice that moves methodically, but still includes all the poses and sequences of the Level 2 class, to more rapid movement and greater challenge. 55-minute class. Level 2 Yoga: A yoga practice that is not overly difficult or challenging, but includes elements of movement, challenge, and therapeutic benefit, healing. For students familiar with the instructor and/or yoga in general. 55-minute class. (S) Meet the instructor: Tammy Sytsma
Zumba: Uses easy-to-follow dance steps and the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning (S)
Madison College Triathlon Club:
The Madison College Fitness Center Triathlon club is a designed for the individual looking to break into the amazing world of triathlon and for those that have done events. Our goal is help others get started training and to provide a support system filled with like minded individuals. We will support our members by providing group activities, access to information about local events and being cheerleaders whenever possible.
