Slow Food Menu
The Slow Food menu in the Gourmet Dining Room is a menu designed by students weekly based on purchases at the local farmers market. Each week students meet at the farmers market and purchase items for the coming week. The menu is written in one hour on Monday morning based on purchased ingredients. Students are encouraged to utilize the skills they have learned from previous menus completed in the Gourmet Dining room and implement as many of those previous skills into the local food concept. The dining room is now officially sold out for the year and we would like to thank all of the customers who have been to the dining room or have a reservation. Your support gives our students a real life experience!

Noon to 1:30 *

The cost is $17 per person.
For reservations, a $5 deposit is required.
Ala carte prices available.

*If someone wishes to come in past 12:30 for a single course or dessert we will do so providing we have the space and food.
