Responsible for all aspects of federal and state grant accounting and reporting
Audits projects and grant expenditures to ensure compliance with federal, state and district guidelines
Works with various funding sources and project personnel on preparation and documentation of project budgets and expenses
Create and maintain project and grant numbers in the general ledger
Prepare Single Audit for Annual Audit
Maintenance, reconciliation and reporting of 38.14 contracts
Maintains 118.15 Compulsory Law contracts
