4. It is necessary to complete a Beer and/or Wine on Campus Request form for any event wishing to serve alcoholic beverages on MATC property. The form must be completed and submitted to the appropriate person a minimum of 15 days prior to the scheduled event. Procedures for Policy #201 provides additional information regarding the conditions by which students, staff, District Board, or outside groups may hold events at which beer and/or wine are served.
