WHO MAY I TALK WITH ABOUT BUS & / OR PARA-TRANSIT SERVICES IN MADISON & SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES?

Metro Transit has a customer service form online at cityofmadison.com/metro   Students may use the service & are encouraged to identify themselves as Madison College students.  The form is available 24/7 & means there is a record of your feedback. If a student submits a customer service report to Metro Transit, they are strongly encouraged to e-mail a copy of the report to senate[at] matcmadison [dot] edu  The more input the Student Senate has from students, the better student interests can be represented by elected student leaders.
