Operations
Operations provides the following services to all MATC owned Facilities:
- Cleaning services for nearly 1.2 million square feet of space at 7 District sites.
- Minor maintenance and repairs.
- Grounds work at all 7 District sites.
- Rentals
- Room setups, furniture moving and installments.
- Parking lot maintenance
- Mailroom services
- Shipping and Receiving

- There are also 41 fulltime custodians, 3 fulltime grounds staff and 3 fulltime building maintenance technicians, 2 fulltime mailroom staff, 1 fulltime and 1 part-time shipping & receiving staff.
