Chemical Emergency

Never underestimate the hazards associated with a chemical spill! Minor spills are a fairly common occurrence, but a seemingly minor spill can be major under the right conditions. For example, if bleach is spilled and mixes with ammonia, a toxic gas is created that can be fatal.

It is important to properly store chemicals to prevent accidental mixing, as this picture shows.
