The Employment Success Program (E.S.P.) offers ongoing, one-on-one career and employment services to at-risk students. These services are provided at the Career and Employment Center (CEC) in Room 147 at the TRUAX Campus. Eligibility Criteria:
The Employment Success Program is funded by a Federal Perkins grant to serve students experiencing challenges to finding employment. To be eligible for services, students must be actively enrolled in a minimum of six credits in a technical course and who is considered at-risk due to any of the following:

Past and/or current academic challenges that may include: GPA below 2.0 or on academic probation, dropped or failed any of our classes, not meeting program admission requirements.

Receiving services through Disability Resource Services, TRIO/Student Support Services, Turning Point, or Tools for Tomorrow.

Experiencing other special situations that make completing your program or obtaining employment without intervention, support services, or accommodation challenging.
