Damaged / Lost / Stolen Pass

    WHAT IF MY BUS PASS IS LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR WON’T SCAN PROPERLY?

    Students may report a lost, stolen, damaged or malfunctioning bus pass in the following Madison College locations:        

    Downtown Campus Student LIfe Center, Room D125 – (608) 259-2929  

    South Campus – Room 103 – (608) 243-4200     

    Truax Campus – Student Life Center, Room 140 – (608) 246-6224       

    West Campus – Welcome Center – (608) 246-6100

    There is no charge for replacement of a lost or stolen bus pass.  Madison College students may receive one bus pass replacement per semester or summer.  As soon as a bus pass is reported as being lost or stolen, it is deactivated in the system & can no longer be utilized.

    Students who lose their replacement bus pass, need to purchase tickets from Metro Transit, just like any other citizen who wants to ride the buses.
