    Counselors and advisors are available at all Madison Area Technical College campuses to assist you with academic and career planning, finding employment, and managing personal issues and challenges. The Student Development Center, the Health and Wellness Center, Counselors and Multicultural Support staff are dedicated to helping you achieve your academic and professional goals. 

    Academic Advising Services

    Advisors assist with academic and career planning.

    Staff members in Academic Advising Services can help you with academic advising,transfer advising, course selection. In addition, they can help guide you through your college experience at Madison College.

    Alcohol and Drug Abuse

    The Health and Wellness Center offers help to students struggling with alcohol and drug dependency and abuse problems. Assistance can be provided anonymously and is kept confidential within legal guidelines.   

    Career and Employment

    Current and prospective Madison College students may meet with an advisor (available at each campus) for assistance with career exploration and employment services. Contact us to schedule an appointment.

    Counseling

    Madison College Counseling Services offer a range of professional services for students needing assistance with academic and career issues, personal concerns, interpersonal issues, conflict management and crisis intervention. These services are free and available to all current or prospective students.

    Multicultural Support

    Advisors are available to help support our multicultural students. Services include assistance with program admission, financial aid application, registration, educational and career planning, academic advising and other referral services.
