Business services at Madison College include the Welcome Center, Center Offices, Bookstores, Student Development Centers and the Student Life office.

General business hours:
7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday
7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday

Phone services begin at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Enrollment Center business hours - Truax & Downtown:
7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday

Phone services begin at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday.

Technical Services Help Desk business hours: Walk-in support: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
No walk-in support on Saturday

Phones are answered: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Saturday

Public Safety Services business hours:
7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

Saturday hours:
Madison College is open on non-holiday Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. with some exceptions due to holidays.

Prior to the start of the spring 2012 term, January 7 and 14, Saturday business hours are effective for Enrollment Centers, Student Development Centers, Regional and Metro Campus Offices.

Exceptions to general business hours for all services areas:

December 24, 2011 - January 2, 2012 - Campus closed.

Convocation - March 6, 2012  - No classes or services to public.

Spring Break - March 12 - 16, 2012, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
