Fees are based on services provided. They offer "urgent care" services Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and on weekends from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (holiday schedules vary). Dean Medical Centers are located throughout Madison and several surrounding communities.

    South Madison Community Center offers comprehensive primary care to men, women, children, and infants. They serve primarily the under-insured or uninsured individual who lacks the financial resources to obtain medical care elsewhere. They have a "waiting period" of approximately 1-2 months to receive an appointment for a physical exam or health concern, therefore, they cannot meet your acute care needs such as: ear infections, sinus infections, or any other immediate concerns. Payment and fees are based on income level. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. *There is also a Saturday Urgent Care Clinic from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. It is a first-come, first-serve basis.

    UW Health-Physicians Plus offers comprehensive medical services such as: prevention, screening, assessment, treatment, etc. They have multiple specialty practices that address all of your needs. Fees are based on services provided. They offer "immediate care" services from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., seven days a week (holiday schedules vary). UW Health-Physicians Plus clinics are located throughout Madison and in several surrounding communities.
