Yahara Journal Writing and Art Contest

The Yahara Journal is now accepting submissions for its writing and art contest. Submissions will be accepted through Dec. 3.

A $50 prize will be given in three categories: prose, poetry and artwork.

Students may submit up to five items for the contest. Items can be emailed to yaharajournal[at] matcmadison [dot] edu or dropped off at Student Life.

All entries must include a submission form, available at Truax Room 140 and Downtown Room D125 or download one from the Yahara Journal web site at http://matcmadson.edu/plus/yahara-journal.

Work must be the student’s original work. Written items must be less than 10 double-spaced pages. All work submitted will be considered for publication in the Yahara Journal.

Winners will be announced in January.
