Child and Family Center Enrollment

    The Madison College Child and Family Center is open to children of Madison College students and staff. Each semester enrollment preference is given to families enrolled and then to those on our waiting list.

    Enrollment Status

    Enrollment is determined based on your child's age, we currently serve children ages 2-5 years. To inquire about availability at our center, please complete the interest form and the director will respond to you.

     

    Enrollment Packet

    Once space for your child(ren) is available and enrollment is confirmed, you may then complete the enrollment packet (PDF, 634 KB). You may print out the enrollment packet and return it completed to our center, or you may complete it on your computer, selecting the "Email Completed Enrollment Packet" button located at the bottom of the very last page of the packet. The completed documents will then be emailed directly. If you have any questions while completing your packet, please contact us.

    Program Quick Facts

    • The Madison College Child and Family Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:15 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. and follows the college calendar for school closings and holidays.
    • Child care available for ages 2 through 5 (pre-kindergarten).
    • Our Truax Center offers a morning (7:15 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.) session and an all day (7:15 A.M.  - 4:30 P.M.) session.
    • Children must be scheduled at least 2 days per week at both the Truax and Downtown centers.
    • Ratios and group sizes are determined by age and space available.
    • Scholarships and external funding accepted.
    • The center has a sliding fee scale based on the size and income of the family.    

    During the academic year, the Center will provide morning snack (mostly healthy cereal and milk) and an afternoon snack. Due to budget restrictions, we are unable to provide lunches and we kindly ask that you please do so for your child.
