MATC Leadership Academy
The MATC Leadership Academy seeks to create a community of Leaders in the College by engaging them in learning experiences designed to foster personal growth and organizational development. In the Basic Academy 12-15 management employees will interact in a cohort to build on current skills while growing their capacity to lead. The intensive 12-month Academy will provide an opportunity for collaboration, networking and skill building. In the Fundamentals Academy 12-15 employees interested in leadership development will participate in a learning community to build on current skills while enhancing their capacity to lead. The intensive 12-month academy will provide an opportunity for collaboration, networking, projects and skill building.
