Part Time Faculty Orientation
At MATC Part Time faculty members play a critical role in the growth and learning of our students. The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning will play a key role in supporting the work of PT Faculty. This partnership is critical in achieving our mission. We also appreciate that your part-time status will present you with many challenges as you work with your students.
Because of this, we have created a New PT Faculty Institute to welcome you to the college, orient you to policy and procedure and to support you in your teaching:

Board Room in the Administration Building at Truax Campus
The power-packed four hour institute will introduce you to the organization and policies of the college, its players, our philosophy as a Learning College, your role as a part time faculty member, physical logistics, technology and communication systems, and much more. You will be introduced to other faculty and staff members, mentors, supervisors and divisional colleagues.
